The Shijiahe culture  (2500-2000 BC) was a late Neolithic culture centered around the middle Yangtze River region in Hubei, China. Carved with green jade, this jade tube has a human face on both sides. The carving style and jade quality are similar to the jade artifact unearthed Hubei Tianmen County XiaojiayingziWugi. Antiquity evidence includes cleaving vein and calcification.
