本器形制為三環玉璧, 中心係鏤空繩索紋, 象徵宇宙中心, 肉部內環飾四龍淺浮雕, 肉部外環飾如意雲紋淺浮雕, 本器紋飾優美, 古玉跡象有增生晶體, 擴散暈沁色及鈣化. Carved with pale tone jade, the object is a jade bi with a rope motif ring symbolizing the universe. The outer ring consists two rings with the inner one decorated with low relief dragons, and the outer ring decorated with low relief clouds. The whole bi is of mastery workmanship.
