玉璧是祭天的禮器, 本器玉璧以雙層玉瑗組成, 內層玉瑗層繩索紋, 狀似宇宙星雲. 外層玉瑗飾如意雲紋淺浮雕. 外層玉瑗與內層玉瑗以三個接體聯結, 表示天地人三才的中華文化內涵. 本器紋飾佈置疏密有致, 古玉跡象為增生晶體及鈣化. Carved with pale tone jade, the object is a

dual rings with the inner ring one decorated with rope motif. The outer ring is decorated with low relief auspicious cloud motifs spacing evenly. The rings are connected with three connecting structures to imply the three important entities of the heaven, the earth and the human beings in the Chinese philosophy. Antiquity evidences are additive crystals and calcification.
