Carved by local jade from Tai Lake area, the object is a typical Liangzhu Culture awl shape septic whose usage is unknown. As the typical jade awl,  the front end has shape point, the back end may be served as the handle with a hole at the near end. The main motif is a Liangzhu style low relief carving of god’s face.
