東漢和闐青白玉宴會神獸紋璧, 圓直徑28.6公分,厚0.6公分;本器和闐青白玉雕琢, 形制為玉璧, 雙面對稱雕琢, 玉璧區分二區, 內區為宴客圖, 主人右手舉杯勸酒, 左手抱寶劍, 賓客共八人, 坐姿舉杯喝酒, 下方有二舞人姍姍起舞, 人物表情生動, 上方左右飾簾幕, 表現宴會在室內舉行的情境. 玉璧外區飾諸多飛禽走獸淺浮雕, 計有雙峰駱駝, 野牛, 鳳鳥, 怪獸等; 本器全器淺浮雕技法雕琢,刀工精美, 多處管鑽技法, 線條細膩婉轉, 佈置疏密有緻 .古玉跡象有增生晶體, 曝露晶面, 擴散暈沁色, 冰裂紋及差異風化等。(台灣頤和園博物館藏品, 陳明杰鑑賞並撰文)

Eastern Han Dynasty Jade Bi,  D.28.6cm, T. 0.6cm. Carved with Hetian pale white jade, the object is bi disk. The design is divided into two sections:  The inner section is decorated with scene of dinner party.  The host with his right hand is raising a wine glass to invite guests to bottom up, holding a sword with his left hand.  On the bottom area, two dancers are dancing. The guests are all enjoy drinking wine. On the top,  curtains are hanging on both sides to imply that the party is held indoor. On the outer section of the bi disk, many animals are decorated. Two hums camel, boar, phoenix and strange beasts. Tube drilling carving technique is applied. Antiquity evidences are additive crystal, diffusive marking, cleaving vein and differential weathering.
