本器墨玉雕琢, 形制為出廓玉璧, 兩側出廓部分各飾鏤空龍紋; 玉璧分為三區, 最外區飾九隻穿雲龍淺浮雕；中間區飾祭司紋，熊紋，龍鳳紋淺浮雕；最內區飾鏤空頭戴冠冕長翼天帝紋，天帝坐在蓮花座上，雙手呈拱手狀。本器增生晶體, 鈣化, 冰裂紋及差異風化等古玉跡象明顯。本器紋飾極度華麗, 線條細膩婉轉, 游絲毛雕管鑽痕跡明顯。此外本器極具文化藝術價值，實乃國寶中的國寶。(台灣頤和園博物館藏品, 陳明杰鑑賞並撰文). Carved with black tone jade, the object is a bi disk with open work dragons carving annex structure on both ends of the bi disk. The bi disk proper may be divided into three sections: The outer section has decorated with nine dragons flying through clouds. The middle section has decorated low relief priest, bear, dragon and phoenix. The inner section has decorated the almighty of the heaven who is sitting on the lotus seat with both hands holding fists. The carvings have shown great detail and depicts elegantly. Antiquity evidences are additive crystals, calcification, cleaving vein and differential weathering. The traces of tube drilling work of Eastern Han Dynasty style are prominent.
