Carved with green tone jade, this bi’s structure is divided into two parts, the bi, and its extension attachment.   Carved double-sided, the bi has two sections: the inner section and the outer section. The inner section applies an openwork carving style to show God of heaven at the center-surround by phoenixes on both sides. The outer section is decorated with low relief-style dragon heads. The extension parts are decorated with four dragons with the tail lying on the outer section bi. The context of this bi is the God of heaven sends the dragons to bring the rain to nurture the plants of the earth for the four seasons. With mastering carving skills, the object has antiquity evidence of differential weathering, additive crystals, and calcifications.
