本器和田白玉雕琢, 形制为出廓双面雕琢玉璧. 出廓部分为四龙凤合体神兽分别盘附于玉璧四侧, 刀形尾部使玉璧产生方形效果, 以达到天圆地方的意涵. 玉璧呈中央突起两面低下的斜坡, 双面雕琢阴刻篆体封禅书内容”  祠灶则致物，致物而丹沙可化为黄金，黄金成以为饮食器则益寿，益寿而海中蓬莱僊者乃可见，见之以封禅则不死，黄帝是也。””合则见人，不合则隐。于是天子始亲祠灶，遣方士入海求蓬莱安期生之属，而事化丹沙诸药齐为黄金矣。居久之，李少君病死。天子以为化去不死，而使黄锤史宽舒受其方。一方之天神贤为其方心, 以为少君神，数百岁人也.”. 玉璧孔的部分琢镂空篆体建元, 笔划呈中央凹陷的斜坡, 与玉璧呈中央突起的斜坡形成对比效果. 本器玉质及雕琢均精美, 古玉迹象如差异风化, 溶蚀孔及钙化迹象明显, 强力证明古玉到代. Carved with white-tone Hetian jade, the object is jade bi with extension attachment of four dragon-phoenix form mysterious animal. The center of the bi is openwork script style Chien Yuen era of the Han Dynasty. The outer section has seal-style scripts grand ceremony of worship of heaven on mountain carved on the convex plane. The antiquity evidence of differential weathering, dissolved pits, and calcification are obvious to confirm its antiquity.
