本器和田白玉雕琢, 形制为雙面雕琢玉璜對. 一枚飾長字, 一枚飾樂字. 長樂宮的原址是始建於秦昭王時期的興樂宮，漢高帝五年（前202年），漢高帝劉邦在興樂宮的原址上修建長樂宮。本玉璜可能是當時的識別信物. 玉璜最外緣二層飾雙龍首玉璜第一層為龍父, 第二層為龍子. 呈中央突起两面低下的斜坡, 龍父双面雕琢阴刻篆体封禅书内容”  李少君病死求蓬萊安期生莫能得，而海上燕齊怪遷之方士多更來言神事矣。”. 龍子身上琢繩索紋, 繩索兩股不同平面相間交錯. 龍子下方左右各飾一鳳鳥, 兩鳳鳥尾部之間鑲嵌長字及樂字.本器玉质及雕琢均精美, 古玉迹象如差异风化, 溶蚀孔及钙化迹象明显, 强力证明古玉到代. Carved with white-tone Hetian jade, the object is a pair of huang. Each huang is composed of double dragons with two phoenixes underneath embedded with characters 長(long) and 樂(happiness) The outer dragon has seal-style scripts grand ceremony of worship of heaven on mountain. The antiquity evidence of differential weathering, dissolved pits and calcification are obvious to confirm its antiquity.
